Peak Court - Bed Joint Reinforcement
Masonry reinforcement in the form of Helifix 80 304 austenitic stainless steel helical bar at 150mm vertical centers ( Standard detail PW02) Prior to be pressure grouted with cementitious thixotropic grout, curing to 60N/mm2. Reinforcement taken down to corbelling. All reinforcement bars extended to a minimum of 500mm past any defective brickwork.All works carried out in strict accordance with manufactures instructions.
Any fractures in brickwork internally and externally are stabilized with helifix Helibar grouted into bed joints to a depth of 40mm
